Drop the invoice PDF from OPENLANE, ADESA or another auction: the VIN, price, fees and seller fill in the form. You check everything before it’s added.
Why it helps
An auction purchase goes in in a minute, without retyping, and the invoice stays on the file.
How to use it
- Open Inventory and choose Add new car.
- Drop the invoice PDF in the box at the top.
- Check what it filled in, then save.

Expenses, credits and receipts
Inspection, transport, storage, repairs and credits from the seller, each with its document.
Why it helps
A car costs more than its price. Every receipt stays on the file, ready for your accountant.
How to use it
- Open the car and scroll to the expenses.
- Add each repair or fee with its amount, and upload the receipt.
- Add a credit when the seller pays part of a repair.

Real profit and commissions
The car page shows the total cost, the estimated profit at your price, then the real profit and the commissions once it’s sold.
Why it helps
You see which cars made money and which didn’t, before you buy the next one.
How to use it
- Set the estimated sale price on the car.
- Record the sale with the bill of sale; the sale price fills in.
- Profit and the seller’s commission are worked out for you.

How to use it
- Open Inventory, switch to Powersport and choose Add.
- Pick the type; kilometres or engine hours follow.
- Add the trailer if it’s sold with the unit.
